Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowe i oryginalne ogrodzenie. Postac wzoru przejawia sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni, ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1–4, na których pokazano ogrodzenie w poszczególnych widokach: Fig. 1 przedstawia ogrodzenie w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia ogrodzenie w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 pokazuje profil ogrodzenia, Fig. 4 pokazuje profil jednej czesci ogrodzenia. Ogrodzenie wedlug wzoru przedstawione na fig. 1–4 posiadajace pelna powierzchnie, przeprofilowania i stylizowane zakonczenie, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci pelnej powierzchni (1), która od góry posiada powtarzajace sie lukowe zakonczenie (2) pomiedzy którym umieszczone jest stylizowane „U" – ksztaltne powtarzajace sie zaglebienie (3), przy czym w osi symetrii lukowego zakonczenia (2) umieszczone sa przeprofilowania (4), zas po obu bokach stylizowanych „U" – ksztaltnych zaglebien (3) umieszczone sa przeprofilowania (5), przy czym przeprofilowania (4) i (5) maja rózna glebokosc, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1. The form of the design is manifested in the surface shape, shape, arrangement of lines, surface properties and mutual positioning of individual elements creating the design. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing figs. 1-4, which show the fence in individual views: Fig. 1 shows the fence in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the fence in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the profile of the fence, Fig. 4 shows the profile of one part of the fence. The fence according to the pattern shown in fig. 1-4, having a full surface, re-profilings and a stylized ending, has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a full surface (1), which has a repeating arc-shaped ending (2) from the top, between which there is a stylized "U" - shaped recurving recess (3), whereby re-profilings (4) are placed in the axis of symmetry of the arc-shaped ending (2), and re-profilings (5) are placed on both sides of the stylized "U" - shaped recesses (3), whereby re-profilings (4) and (5) have different depths, as shown in the attached illustration fig. 1.
