Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil konstrukcyjny, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do wytwarzania uchwytów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz w ukladzie linii na krawedziach jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach jego wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wykonania profilu konstrukcyjnego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam profil konstrukcyjny w widoku z boku w kierunku strzalki „S", fig. 3 - druga odmiane wykonania profilu konstrukcyjnego w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 4 - ten sam profil konstrukcyjny w widoku z boku w kierunku strzalki „T". Profil konstrukcyjny wedlug pierwszej odmiany jego wykonania przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 i 2 stanowi wydluzona monolityczna bryla, która w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonymi górnymi jego narozami, którego jedna sciana boczna w polowie jego wysokosci „H" ma uskok, w wyniku którego górna polowa tego profilu jest nieco wezsza od dolnej jego polowy, której stosunek szerokosci „A" do wysokosci „H" tego profilu wynosi jak 1 : 2,5. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and in the arrangement of lines on the edges of its elements. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in two versions of its execution in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the construction profile in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same construction profile in a side view in the direction of the "S" arrow, Fig. 3 - the second version of the construction profile in a perspective view, and Fig. 4 - the same construction profile in a side view in the direction of the "T" arrow. The construction profile according to the first variant of its execution, shown in drawings Fig. 1 and 2, is an elongated monolithic body which, when viewed from the side, has a shape similar to a rectangle with its upper corners rounded, one side wall of which, in the middle of its height "H", has a recess, as a result of which the upper half of this profile is slightly narrower than its lower half, the ratio of the width "A" to the height "H" of this profile is 1 : 2.5. The structural profile according to the second version of its design, shown in drawings fig. 3 and 4, is also an elongated monolithic body, made of a rectangular element, one side wall of which also has a step at half its height, as a result of which the upper half of this profile is slightly narrower than its lower half, which has a short lateral offset at its end, so that the ratio of the width "A" of the lower, wider half of this rectangular element to the total height "H" of the profile is 1 : (3.0 : 3.2), and the ratio of the width "C" of this profile widened by both offsets to its height is 1 : (2.4 : 2.5).
