PL 24979 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowana wytwarzana z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy mebli. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, nadana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek listwy w widoku od strony górnej i fig. 2 rysunek listwy w widoku od strony bocznej. Listwa jest prostopadloscienna plaska bryla o pelnym przekroju, posiadajaca dolny brzeg z jednej strony wyposazony na calej dlugosci w wypust brzegowy, przy czym w nieznacznej odleglosci od wypustu brzegowego posiada drugi równolegly wypust o dlugosci mniejszej niz dlugosc listwy, a poza tym na koncach wyposazona jest w otwory do osadzenia wkretów mocujacych listwe do mebla. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the lines and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an illustration of the strip from the top and Fig. 2 shows an illustration of the strip from the side. The strip is a rectangular, flat solid with a solid cross-section, having a bottom edge on one side fitted with an edge projection along its entire length. A second parallel projection, slightly further from the edge projection, is fitted with a length shorter than the strip itself. Furthermore, it is provided with holes at each end for mounting screws to secure the strip to the furniture. Essential features of the industrial design The profiled strip is distinguished by the fact that it is a rectangular flat solid with a full cross-section, having a lower edge on one side equipped with an edge projection along its entire length, and at a slight distance from the edge projection it has another parallel projection with a length shorter than the length of the strip, and in addition, it is equipped with holes at the ends for mounting screws for fastening the strip to the furniture, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
