PL 23709 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowana wytlaczana z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy mebli, pelniaca jednoczesnie role uchwytu umozliwiajacego otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi albo szuflad. W przypadku wykorzystywania listwy jako uchwytu, osadza sie na meblu krótki odcinek listwy umozliwiajacy uchwycenie jej reka, zas w przy- padku pelnienia przez listwe jednoczesnie funkcji uchwytu i funkcji dekoracyjnej, mozna zamocowac listwe na calej szerokosci, albo na calej wysokosci drzwi lub szuflady mebla. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, na- dana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia widok perspektywiczny listwy, fig. 2 – przekrój poprzeczny listwy i fig. 3 – widok fragmentu listwy od strony bocznej. Listwa jest bryla o pelnym przekroju. Jest wytloczona z tworzywa sztucznego. Na obu piono- wych bokach, w przyblizeniu na polowie wysokosci boków posiada podluzny rowek. W widocznym przekroju, od strony dolnej do wysokosci rowka przypomina pionowo usytuowany prostokat. Na pro- stokacie od strony górnej osadzona jest glówka szersza od prostokata, ograniczona po bokach luko- wymi liniami w ksztalcie zblizonym do fragmentu elipsy i zamknieta od góry fragmentem obwodu kola. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze listwa profilowana ma postac bryly o pel- nym przekroju. Jest wytloczona z tworzywa sztucznego. Na obu pionowych bokach, w przyblizeniu na polowie wysokosci boków posiada podluzny rowek. W widocznym przekroju, od strony dolnej do wy- sokosci rowka przypomina pionowo usytuowany prostokat. Na prostokacie od strony górnej osadzona jest glówka szersza od prostokata, ograniczona po bokach lukowymi liniami w ksztalcie zblizonym do fragmentu elipsy i zamknieta od góry fragmentem obwodu kola, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 23709 2 Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a profiled strip extruded from plastic, used as a furniture finishing element, simultaneously acting as a handle for opening and closing doors or drawers. When the strip is used as a handle, a short section of the strip is mounted on the furniture, allowing for a hand-held grip. Whereas when the strip serves both a handle and a decorative function, the strip can be mounted across the entire width or height of the furniture door or drawer. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, given to it by the characteristics of the lines and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the strip, Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of the strip, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of a fragment of the strip. The strip is a solid shape with a full cross-section. It is extruded from plastic. On both vertical sides, approximately halfway up the sides, it has a longitudinal groove. In the visible cross-section, from the bottom to the height of the groove, it resembles a vertically positioned rectangle. On the top of the rectangle, a header is set, wider than the rectangle, bounded on the sides by arced lines in a shape similar to a fragment of an ellipse and capped at the top by a fragment of the circumference of a circle. Essential Features of an Industrial Design The essential features of an industrial design are that the profiled strip is a solid shape with a full cross-section. It is extruded from plastic. On both vertical sides, approximately halfway up the sides, it has a longitudinal groove. In cross-section, from the bottom to the height of the groove, it resembles a vertical rectangle. On the top of the rectangle, a head wider than the rectangle is set, bounded on the sides by arced lines in a shape similar to a fragment of an ellipse and closed at the top by a fragment of the circumference of a circle, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3.
