Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowa wytlaczana z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy mebli, pelniaca jednoczesnie role uchwytu umozliwiajacego otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi albo szuflad. W przypadku wykorzystywania listwy jako uchwytu, osadza sie na meblu krótki odcinek listwy umozliwiajacy uchwycenie jej reka, zas w przy- padku pelnienia przez listwe funkcji uchwytu i funkcji dekoracyjnej mozna zamocowac listwe na calej szerokosci drzwi lub szuflady mebla. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, na- dana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia widok listwy z góry, fig. 2 - przekrój poprzeczny listwy i fig. 3 - widok perspektywiczny przekrojonej listwy. Listwa jest prostopadloscienna bryla o pelnym przekroju. Jest wytloczona z tworzywa sztuczne- go. Posiada na dwóch przeciwleglych szerszych bokach prostokata podluzne rowki, rozmieszczone równolegle wzgledem siebie. Rowki znajduja sie przy jednym brzegu listwy i ich rozstaw zajmuje ra- zem swa szerokoscia ponad polowe szerokosci listwy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze listwa profilowa ma postac prostopadlo- sciennej bryly o pelnym przekroju. Na dwóch przeciwleglych szerszych bokach ma umieszczone wzdluz listwy podluzne rowki, rozmieszczone równolegle wzgledem siebie. When the strip serves both a handle and a decorative function, the strip can be mounted across the entire width of the furniture door or drawer. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the lines and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a top view of the strip, Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of the strip, and Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the sectioned strip. The strip is a cuboid solid with a full cross-section. It is extruded from plastic. It has longitudinal grooves on two opposite, wider sides of the rectangle, arranged parallel to each other.
