PL 24025 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy mebli, umozliwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi albo szuflad. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny uchwytu od strony górnej i strony czolowej przylegajacej do mebla, fig. 2 – widok uchwytu od strony czolowej przylegajacej do mebla i fig. 3 – widok uchwytu od strony górnej. Uchwyt jest bryla o pelnym przekroju i ksztalcie zblizonym ogólnie do poziomo usytuowanego prostopadloscianu. Od strony czolowej posiada plaska powierzchnie na której widoczne sa dwa otwory. Boki prawy i lewy ma zaokraglone w ksztalcie luków. Strone przeciwlegla do strony czolowej, ma w ksztalcie lagodnego luku widocznego od strony górnej. Na górnej powierzchni w srodkowej czesci, ma na czesci dlugosci uchwytu rowek o przekroju fragmentu kola odcietego cieciwa, usytuowany w kierunku strony przeciwleglej do strony czolowej, stopniowo splycajacy sie w strone powierzchni górnej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze uchwyt jest bryla o pelnym przekroju i ksztalcie zblizonym ogólnie do poziomo usytuowanego prostopadloscianu. Od strony czolowej posiada plaska powierzchnie na której widoczne sa dwa otwory. Boki prawy i lewy ma zaokraglone w ksztalcie luków. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the handle from the top and the front side adjacent to the furniture, Fig. 2 – a view of the handle from the front side adjacent to the furniture, and Fig. 3 – a view of the handle from the top. The handle is a solid with a full cross-section and a shape generally similar to a horizontally oriented cuboid. On the front side, it has a flat surface with two visible openings. The right and left sides are rounded into arcs. The side opposite the front is shaped like a gentle arc, visible from the top. The upper surface, in the middle, has a groove along part of the length of the handle, with a cross-section resembling a section of a chord cut off from the chord, situated towards the side opposite the front, gradually becoming shallower towards the top. Essential features of an industrial design: The essential features of an industrial design are that the handle is a solid with a full cross-section and a shape generally similar to a horizontally oriented cuboid. The front has a flat surface with two visible holes. The right and left sides are rounded into arcs. The side opposite the front is shaped like a gentle arc, visible from the top. On the upper surface in the middle part, partly along the length of the handle, there is a groove with a cross-section of a fragment of a circle cut off by a chord, situated towards the side opposite the front side, gradually becoming shallower towards the upper surface, as shown in the drawings fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3.
