PL 25279 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element naroznika, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do wzmacniania i ozdoby narozników meblowych, zwlaszcza drzwi i innych eksponowanych elementów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac elementu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z indywidualnych efektów zdobniczo- -uzytkowych, kompozycji ksztaltu, a takze polaczenia elementu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie na fig. 1 – pokazano w widoku z góry, na fig. 2 – element w widoku z boku; na fig. 3 – element meblowy w widoku z dolu, zas na fig. 4 – element meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym z góry z prawej strony, natomiast na fig. 5 – przedstawiono element meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym z góry z lewej strony; na fig. 6 – element meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu prawej strony i na fig. 7 – element meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu lewej strony. Element meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do zmodyfikowanej litery „T". Element meblowy przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym stanowi dwudzielna bryle, na która sklada sie korpus, jako dluzszy element i szersze od niego zwienczenie, korpus jest wypuklym plaskownikiem, wzdluznie profilowanym schodkowo w dól, w kierunku zwienczenia, w ten sposób, ze profilowania przebiegaja równolegle do jego osi wzdluznej, zas zwienczenie korpusu jest plaska bryla dookólnie profilowana jak korpus, w ksztalcie zmodyfikowanego szesciokata z dwoma, pionowymi, wypuklymi detalami w ksztalcie wielokatnych lbów srub. Element meblowy moze wystepowac w róznych dlugosciach i kolorach. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the element, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from individual ornamental and functional effects, shape composition, as well as the connection of the element with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a top view, Fig. 2 shows the element in a side view; Fig. 3 shows the furniture element in a bottom view, Fig. 4 shows the furniture element in a perspective view from the top right, and Fig. 5 shows the furniture element in a perspective view from the top left; in fig. 6 – a furniture element in a perspective view from the bottom right side and in fig. 7 – a furniture element in a perspective view from the bottom left side. The furniture element is characterized in that, in a side view, it basically has a shape similar to a modified letter "T". The furniture element shown in the attached illustration is a two-part solid, consisting of a body, as a longer element, and a wider top. The body is a convex flat element, longitudinally profiled in a stepped manner downwards, towards the top, in such a way that the profiles run parallel to its longitudinal axis, while the top of the body is a flat solid, profiled around the body, in the shape of a modified hexagon with two vertical, convex details in the shape of polygonal screw heads. The furniture element can be available in various lengths and colors. Essential features of an industrial design The furniture element is characterized by the fact that it is a two-part solid consisting of a body, as a longer element, and a wider top, the body is a convex flat element, longitudinally profiled in a stepped manner downwards towards the top, in such a way that the profiles run parallel to its longitudinal axis, and the top of the body is a flat solid, profiled all around like the body, has the shape of a modified hexagon with two vertical, convex details in the shape of polygonal screw heads as shown in the attached illustration material in figures from number 1 to number 7.
