UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przezna- czony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych ele- mentów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac elementu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikaja- cych z kolorystyki i charakterystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych kompozycji polaczenia ksztaltu, kolorystyki oraz polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej foto- grafii, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono uchwyt w odmianie 1 z dwoma stopa- mi w widoku z góry, na fig. la uchwyt w odmianie 1 z dwoma stopami w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, na fig. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the element, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and characteristic decorative and functional effects resulting from the composition, combination of shape, color, and connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, where fig. 1 shows the handle in variant 1 with two feet in a top view, fig. 1a shows the handle in variant 1 with two feet in a perspective view from below, fig. 1b shows the handle in variant 1 with two feet in a side view, fig. 2 shows the handle in variant 2 with two feet in a top view, fig. 2a shows the handle in variant 2 with two feet in a perspective view from below, fig. 3 shows the handle in variant 3 with one foot in a top view on the joint. 3a handle in variant 3 with one foot in a perspective view from below in fig. 3b handle in variant 3 with one foot in a side view. The furniture handle is characterized in that in a side view it basically has a shape similar to a C-profile, but the separated feet of the handle, located at a certain distance from each other, as if clasping the body of the handle with a clamp. The handle shown in the attached photograph from fig. 1 to fig. 3b is a composition of cuboidal profiles, wherein the body of the handle is a relatively wide cuboidal plate resting on feet being cuboidal solids in the shape of the letter "L", inside this letter, centrally, on its longer detail, so that the upper surface of the shorter detail of the letter "L" is at the same level as the upper surface of the body of the handle, as shown in the attached photograph from fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 3, fig. 3a and fig. 3b. The handle in variants 1 and 2 has a body resting on two feet, the body being of different lengths, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a. The handle in variant 3 has one foot, on the longer part of which the handle body rests centrally, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 3, Fig. 3a and Fig. 3b. The furniture handle may be made of various natural materials or their imitations, or composed of a natural material and plastic. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The furniture handle is characterized in that it is a composition of cuboidal profiles, wherein the body of the handle is a relatively wide cuboidal plate resting on feet which are cuboidal solids in the shape of the letter "L", inside this letter, on its longer detail, so that the upper surface of the shorter detail of the letter "L" is at the same level as the upper surface of the body of the handle, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 3, fig. 3a and fig. 3b. 2.
