UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przezna- czony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych ele- mentów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac elementu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikaja- cych z kolorystyki i charakterystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych kompozycji polaczenia ksztaltu, kolorystyki oraz polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej foto- grafii, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono uchwyt w odmianie 1 z dwoma stopa- mi w widoku z góry, na fig. la uchwyt w odmianie 1 z dwoma stopami w widoku z boku, na fig. Uchwyt przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 do fig. 3a sta- nowi kompozycje prostopadlosciennych profili, przy czym, korpus uchwytu stanowi stosunkowo szeroka prostopadloscienna plytke spoczywajaca asy- metrycznie w stosunku do swojej osi srodkowej na stopach bedacych pro- stopadlosciennymi brylami w ksztalcie litery „L", wewnatrz tych liter, na jej dluzszym detalu, tak, ze górna plaszczyzna krótszego detalu litery „L" znajduje sie na tym samym poziomie, co górna plaszczyzna korpusu uchwytu, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1, fig. la, fig. Ib, fig. lc, fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 3 i fig. 3a. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi kompozycje pro- stopadlosciennych profili, przy czym, korpus uchwytu stanowi stosun- kowo szeroka prostopadloscienna plytke spoczywajaca asymetrycznie w stosunku do swojej osi srodkowej na stopach bedacych prostopadlo- sciennymi brylami w ksztalcie litery „L", wewnatrz tych liter, na jej dluzszym detalu, tak, ze górna plaszczyzna krótszego detalu litery „L" znajduje sie na tym samym poziomie, co górna plaszczyzna korpusu uchwytu, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1, fig. la, fig. Ib, fig. lc, fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 3 i fig. 3a. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the element, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and characteristic decorative and functional effects resulting from the composition, combination of shape, color, and connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the handle in variant 1 with two feet in a top view, Fig. 1a shows the handle in variant 1 with two feet in a side view, Fig. 1b shows the handle in variant 1 with two feet in a side perspective view, Fig. 1c shows the handle in variant 1 with two feet in a bottom view, Fig. 2 shows the handle in variant 2 with two feet in a top view, Fig. 2a shows the handle in variant 2 with two feet in a side perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the handle in variant 3 with one foot in a top view, Fig. 3a shows the handle in variant 3 with one foot in a side view. The furniture handle is characterized in that in a side view it has a shape similar to a C-profile, but the separated feet of the handle, located at a certain distance from each other, as if clasping the body of the handle with a clamp. The handle shown in the attached photograph from fig. 1 to fig. 3a is a composition of cuboidal profiles, wherein the body of the handle is a relatively wide cuboidal plate resting asymmetrically in relation to its central axis on feet being cuboidal solids in the shape of the letter "L", inside these letters, on its longer detail, so that the upper plane of the shorter detail of the letter "L" is at the same level as the upper plane of the body of the handle, as shown in the attached photograph from fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 1c, fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 3 and fig. 3a. The holder in variant 1 and variant 2 with two feet has a body resting asymmetrically in relation to its central axis on two feet, wherein the body may be of different lengths as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c, Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a. The handle in the variant with one foot and a short body has one foot, on the longer part of which the body of the handle rests asymmetrically in relation to its central axis, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a. Essential features of industrial design 1. The furniture handle is characterized in that it is a composition of cuboidal profiles, wherein the body of the handle is a relatively wide cuboidal plate resting asymmetrically in relation to its central axis on feet being cuboidal solids in the shape of the letter "L", inside these letters, on its longer part, so that the upper surface of the shorter part of the letter "L" is at the same level as the upper surface of the body of the handle, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c, fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 3 and fig. 3a. 2. The furniture handle according to feature 1 is characterized in that it has a body resting asymmetrically in relation to its central axis on two feet, wherein the body can be of different lengths, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 1c, fig. 2 and fig. 2a. 3. The furniture handle according to feature 1 is characterized in that it has one foot, on the longer part of which the body of the handle rests asymmetrically in relation to its central axis, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 3 and fig. 3a.
