Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi szaf, drzwiczek szafek i szuflad mebli. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z tego ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, w ujeciu z boku, z tylu i z góry, a fig.2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy w widoku z boku ma ksztalt znacznie pogrubionej litery „L", której dluzszy czlon usytuowany jest poziomo, a jej krótszy czlon pionowo, natomiast w widoku z góry i z tylu ma ksztalt prostokatnych elementów o identycznej ich dlugosci prostopadle usytuowanych do siebie, przy czym na dolnej powierzchni czlonu pionowego znajduje sie dwa nagwintowane otwory montazowe, usytuowane w poblizu jego scian bocznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego pokazany na rysunku fig. 1-2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - w widoku z boku ma ksztalt znacznie pogrubionej litery „L", której dluzszy czlon usytuowany jest poziomo, a jej krótszy czlon pionowo, natomiast w widoku z góry i z tylu ma ksztalt prostokatnych elementów o identycznej ich dlugosci prostopadle usytuowanych do siebie, przy czym na dolnej powierzchni czlonupionowego znajduje sie dwa nagwintowane otwory montazowe, usytuowane w poblizu jego scian bocznych Pelnomocnik:Fig.1 Fig.2 PLFurniture Handle. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle made of metal or plastic, which is used for fitting wardrobe doors, cabinet doors, and furniture drawers. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and the resulting artistic effects. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, from the side, back, and top, and Fig. 2 shows the same handle from below. The side view of the furniture handle is shaped like a significantly bold letter "L," with the longer member horizontal and the shorter member vertical. While the top and back views are shaped like rectangular elements of identical length, perpendicular to each other, the lower surface of the vertical member having two threaded mounting holes located near its side walls. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle made of metal or plastic shown in fig. 1-2 is characterized by the following: - in a side view it has the shape of a much bolder letter "L", the longer part of which is horizontal and the shorter part vertical, while in a top and back view it has the shape of rectangular elements of identical length, perpendicular to each other, and on the lower surface of the vertical part there are two threaded mounting holes located near its side walls.
