Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie co nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne i uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem, fig. 2 jest rzutem poziomym a fig. 3 jest przekrojem poprzecznym z fig. 2. Uchwyt meblowy ma postac odcinka wzdluznego ksztaltownika. Ksztaltownik ten ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do dwuteownika, którego górna podstawa w przekroju poprzecznym jestnachylona wzgledem podstawy dolnej pod katem ostrym i wznoszac sie wystaje poza pionowa scianke wiecej niz po stronie przeciwnej. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia tej podstawy jest lekko wypukla. W plaszczyznie symetrii podstawy dolnej ksztaltownika znajduja sie gwintowane otwory przeznaczone na wkrety mocujace uchwyt do powierzchni mebla.
