Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi szaf, drzwiczek szafek i szuflad mebli. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z tego ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z góry i z boku, fig.2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 -ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt krótkiej okraglej tulei z dolnym dnem posiadajacej na zewnetrznej powierzchni gwint o zarysie srubowym, a na górnym jej koncu obwodowy zewnetrzny kolnierz, majacy w widoku z góry ksztalt kwadratowej ramki z zaokraglonymi narozami. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego pokazany na rysunku fig. 1-3 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt krótkiej okraglej tulei z dolnym dnem, posiadajacej na zewnetrznej powierzchni gwint o zarysie srubowym, a na górnym jej koncu obwodowy zewnetrzny kolnierz majacy w widoku z góry ksztalt kwadratowej ramki z zaokraglonymi narozami.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PLFurniture Handle. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle made of metal or plastic, which is used for fitting wardrobe doors, cabinet doors, and furniture drawers. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and the resulting artistic effects. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in perspective views from above and from the side, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the same handle from above. The furniture handle is shaped like a short, circular sleeve with a lower base, a screw-like thread on its outer surface, and a circumferential outer flange at its upper end, which, when viewed from above, resembles a square frame with rounded corners. Essential features of an industrial design A furniture handle made of metal or plastic shown in fig. 1-3 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a short, round sleeve with a lower bottom, having a screw thread on its outer surface, and at its upper end a circumferential external flange having the shape of a square frame with rounded corners in a top view.
