Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek, szuflad itp. elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z tylu. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi monolityczna bryla majaca w widoku z góry powierzchnie w ksztalcie zblizonym do pólelipsy, a w widoku z tylu powierzchnie profilowa utworzona z powierzchni o profilu soczewki dwuwkleslej, zakonczonej obustronnie identycznymi powierzchniami w ksztalcie trójkatów zblizonych do równobocznych, z zaokraglonymi ich wierzcholkami, przy czym w poblizu profili trójkatnych na powierzchni soczewkowej wykonane sa dwa nagwintowane otwory montazowe. Profil soczewki dwuwkleslej na tylnej scianie uchwytu powoduje, ze na górnej i dolnej powierzchni uchwytu meblowego znajduja sie wglebienia majace w widoku z góry ksztalt zblizony do pólowalu, natomiast oba profile trójkatne na tylnej scianie tego uchwytu powoduja, ze obie te powierzchnie poczawszy od krawedzi wybrania pólowalnego sa usytuowane skosnie o zmniejszajacych sie ich szerokosciach w kierunku promieniowego czola uchwytu meblowego.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy wykonany korzystnie z metalu i/lub z tworzywa sztucznego, pokazany na rysunku fig. 1-3 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go monolityczna bryla majaca w widoku z góry powierzchnie w ksztalcie zblizonym do pólelipsy, a w widoku z tylu powierzchnie profilowa utworzona z powierzchni o profilu soczewki dwuwkleslej, zakonczonej obustronnie identycznymi powierzchniami w ksztalcie trójkatów zblizonych do równobocznych, z zaokraglonymi ich wierzcholkami, przy czym w poblizu profili trójkatnych na powierzchni soczewkowej wykonane sa dwa nagwintowane otwory montazowe. - profil elementu tego uchwytu w postaci soczewki dwuwkleslej na tylnej scianie uchwytu powoduje, ze na górnej i dolnej powierzchni uchwytu meblowego znajduja sie wglebienia majace w widoku z góry ksztalt zblizony do pólowalu, natomiast oba profile trójkatne na tylnej scianie tego uchwytu powoduja, ze obie te powierzchnie poczawszy od krawedzi wybrania pólowalnego sa usytuowane skosnie o zmniejszajacych sie ich szerokosciach w kierunku promieniowego czola uchwytu meblowego. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from above, and Fig. 3 shows the same handle from the back. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic solid having, in a top view, a surface in the shape of a semi-ellipse, and in a back view, a profile surface made of a surface with a biconcave lens profile, terminated on both sides with identical surfaces in the shape of triangles close to equilateral, with their vertices rounded, wherein two threaded mounting holes are made near the triangular profiles on the lens surface. The biconcave lens profile on the back wall of the handle causes the upper and lower surfaces of the furniture handle to have recesses that are close to a semi-oval shape in a top view, while the two triangular profiles on the back wall of this handle cause both these surfaces, starting from the edge of the semi-oval recess, to be situated obliquely with their widths decreasing towards the radial face of the furniture handle.2 Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle, preferably made of metal and/or plastic, shown in fig. 1-3, is characterized in that: - it is a monolithic solid having in a top view surfaces in a shape close to a semi-ellipse, and in a back view a profile surface made of a surface with a biconcave lens profile, terminated on both sides with identical surfaces in the shape of triangles close to equilateral, with their vertices rounded, Two threaded mounting holes are made near the triangular profiles on the lens surface. - The profile of this handle element in the form of a biconcave lens on the rear wall of the handle causes the upper and lower surfaces of the furniture handle to have recesses that, in a top view, have a shape similar to a semi-oval. The two triangular profiles on the rear wall of this handle cause both of these surfaces, starting from the edge of the semi-oval recess, to be positioned obliquely with their widths decreasing towards the radial face of the furniture handle.
