Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie i fakturze powierzchni zewnetrznej jego czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly the shape and texture of the outer surface of its gripping portion. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the two-point furniture handle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the same handle from above, and Fig. 4 shows the same handle from below. The furniture handle according to the industrial design shown in fig. 1-4 is a monolithic body, made of two vertically arranged feet whose shape, when viewed from the bottom, is close to an equilateral trapezoid with a rounded outer side and its inner opposite side directed obliquely upwards, the upper ends of their shorter oblique inner sides of which are topped with the lower flat surface of the plate-shaped profile gripping part, and their upper ends of the rounded outer sides with the upper convex surface of this gripping part, which, when viewed from above, has the shape of a biconcave lens with its rounded ends. The two longer, concave, arc-shaped sides of this handle's gripping portion, facing each other, have short, straight, oblique sections at both ends near the top of the handle. These are extended on the convex upper surface of the gripping portion by oblique lines that intersect in the central part of this convex surface, creating two identical fields with a profile similar to equilateral triangles, on which is a patterned texture composed of symmetrically arranged spherical cap elements, separated from each other and their oblique sides by point elements. In turn, the lower, trapezoidal-like, flat surfaces of both feet of this furniture handle have threaded mounting holes, surrounded by a recess that forms a frame also with a profile similar to an equilateral trapezoid with a rounded outer edge.
