Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, dwupunktowy wykonany ze stopu typu „znal" stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie jego obu stopek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 5 - czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A - A na fig. 4. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, especially in the shape of its two feet. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a two-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a side view, Fig. 4 - the same handle in a top view, and Fig. 5 - the grip part of this handle in a vertical cross-section along the line A - A in Fig. 4. The furniture handle according to the industrial design, made of a "zamal" type alloy, is a monolithic profiled solid made of a grip part having the shape of a ring segment of the same thickness in the front view, and in the top view a shape close to a flattened and elongated ellipse, wherein the upper rounded ends of the elliptical surface of the grip part are in direct contact with the upper part of both feet with profile of the round plates, creating common arc edges, while both inner ends of the shorter elliptical surface of this gripping part are connected by vertically situated surfaces also with the opposite part of the surface of these feet, which in their round bases have threaded mounting holes located near the inner arc walls of these feet.
