Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, dwupunktowy stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie jego stopek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy z czesciowym przekrojem osiowym jednej stopki w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A - A na fig. 1. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi monolityczna profilowa bryla utworzona z czesci chwytowej, majacej w widoku z przodu ksztalt wycinka pierscienia o jednakowej grubosci i szerokosci oraz z dwóch odsadzonych na zewnatrz stopek polaczonych z jej obu koncami, przy czym powierzchnia zewnetrzna i wewnetrzna czesci chwytowej polaczona jest z tymi stopkami pod zróznicowanymi katami ostrymi w stosunku do ich identycznych prostopadlych poziomych podstaw, których szerokosc jest analogiczna jak szerokosc zwienczajacej je czesci chwytowej. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly the shape of its feet. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-point furniture handle with a partial axial section of one foot in a front view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a side view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a vertical section along the line A - A in Fig. 1. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic profiled solid made of a gripping part, having in a front view the shape of a ring segment of the same thickness and width, and two outwardly offset feet connected to its both ends, wherein the outer and inner surfaces of the gripping part are connected to these feet at different acute angles in relation to their identical perpendicular horizontal bases, the width of which is analogous to the width of the gripping part topping them. In addition, all edges of the gripping part and both feet are rounded, and the horizontal bases of the feet have threaded mounting holes located on their axis of symmetry, with profile sockets next to them.
