Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, wykonany z metalu, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza jego obu stopek zwienczonych czescia chwytowa o profilu wycinka pierscienia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly its two feet, which are topped with a gripping section with a ring-shaped profile. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the two-point furniture handle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the same handle from above, and Fig. 4 shows the same handle from below. The two-point furniture handle, shown in Fig. 1-4, consists of two identical, vertically positioned feet in the shape of cuboidal solids, with their upper ends cut at an acute angle, and a gripping part in the shape of a ring section, topping the longer inner walls of these feet, so that these walls protrude slightly above the upper, arc-shaped surface of the gripping part, having a width slightly smaller than the width of these feet, which have a cuboidal recess on their lower surfaces, creating a circumferential, rectangular frame, and in the axis of symmetry of this recess there is a sleeve element with a threaded internal mounting hole.
