Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w fakturze powierzchni zewnetrznej jego czesci chwytowej i ksztalcie jego obu stopek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly the texture of the outer surface of its gripping portion and the shape of its two feet. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the two-point furniture handle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the same handle from above, and Fig. 4 shows the same handle from below. A two-point furniture handle, as shown in fig. 1 - 4, is a monolithic profiled solid made of two identical vertically positioned feet, in the shape of inverted truncated pyramids, with square bases, whose upper ends with larger surfaces are topped by arcs with different radii with the lower surface of the plate-shaped gripping part protruding outwards beyond both feet, which on its upper surface near its edge has a profile ornament made in the shape of a circumferential rectangular frame, while both lower square surfaces of the feet of this handle have threaded mounting holes. The rectangular peripheral frame of the grip ornament is composed of five-point circular elements symmetrically arranged around its entire circumference, including two parallel, opposite each other, one between them and on their axis of symmetry, and significantly larger, spherical-shaped elements between each of the five-point sets. Furthermore, the trapezoidal walls of both feet of this grip, located at the ends of its grip, are connected to its lower surface with larger radii than the two inner trapezoidal walls of these feet, located opposite each other.
