Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, wykonany z metalu, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie jego stopek i czesci chwytowej z jej ornamentem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 - 4 stanowi monolityczna bryla, posiadajaca czesc chwytowa majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt zblizony do profilu soczewki dwuwkleslej, w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do trapezu równobocznego z nieznacznie zakrzywionymi trzema bokami i z plaskim dolnym bokiem, a w widoku z przodu ksztalt wycinka pierscienia eliptycznego oraz dwie stopki utworzone przez rozchylone wzgledem siebie konce górnej i dolnej promieniowej powierzchni tej pierscieniowej czesci chwytowej, tworzac podstawy obu stopek o profilu eliptycznym, usytuowane wzgledem siebie w jednej poziomej plaszczyznie. Z kolei w srodkowej czesci na górnej powierzchni czesci chwytowej tego uchwytu meblowego wykonany jest ornament utworzony z czterech poziomo i równolegle usytuowanych do siebie oraz symetrycznie rozstawionych wzgledem siebie elementów w ksztalcie czasz kulistych, które w obu plaszczyznach oddzielone sa od siebie pojedynczymi elementami punktowymi, natomiast pomiedzy kazdym zestawem utworzonym z czterech tych elementów kulistych znajduje sie zestaw pieciopunktowy majacy profil litery „X", przy czym dwa srodkowe rzedy elementów kulistych tego ornamentu sa dluzsze od pozostalych obu skrajnych elementów kulistych usytuowanych poziomo. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly the shape of its feet and the grip section with its ornamentation. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the two-point furniture handle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the same handle from above, and Fig. 4 shows the same handle from below. The two-point furniture handle, shown in fig. 1-4, is a monolithic body having a gripping part having a shape similar to the profile of a biconcave lens in a top view, a shape similar to an equilateral trapezoid with slightly curved three sides and a flat lower side in a side view, and in a front view the shape of a section of an elliptical ring, and two feet formed by the ends of the upper and lower radial surfaces of this ring gripping part, parted with respect to each other, forming the bases of both feet with an elliptical profile, located with respect to each other in one horizontal plane. Furthermore, both flat bases of these feet feature elliptical recesses forming circumferential elliptical rings. Inside these recesses and along their axis of symmetry are sleeves with threaded mounting holes, connected by a ribbed element to the inner surface of these elliptical rings. In the central part, on the upper surface of the grip portion of this furniture handle, there is an ornament made of four horizontally and parallelly arranged and symmetrically spaced spherical cup-shaped elements, which are separated in both planes by single point elements. Between each set of these four spherical elements is a five-point set with an "X" profile, with the two central rows of spherical elements of this ornament being longer than the remaining two outermost spherical elements arranged horizontally.
