Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, wykonany korzystnie z aluminium, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym i rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z tylu, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy pokazany na materiale ilustracyjnym i na rysunku fig. 1 - 4 ma ksztalt katownikowej bryly utworzonej z poziomo usytuowanej prostopadlosciennej stopki i polaczonej z nia za pomoca wkreta tulejkowego z prostopadle usytuowana do niej profilowa czescia chwytowa. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration and drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a side view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a rear view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a top view. The single-point furniture handle shown in the illustration and in Figs. 1-4 has the shape of an angled solid formed by a horizontally arranged cuboid foot connected to it by a sleeve screw with a perpendicularly arranged profiled gripping part. This foot has a vertically located recess in the shape of a cylinder section at one end, to the surface of which adheres the upper convex element of the gripping part with the same internal profile but with a slightly elongated radius, both ends of which are connected to narrow side walls topped with a front rectangular flat wall of this gripping part, wherein the upper rectangular surface of the foot of the handle with its radial recess and the upper profile convex surface of the gripping part adjacent to it are flush with each other, while both side narrow rectangular walls of this gripping part protrude slightly beyond both narrower side rectangular walls of the foot, and moreover, all outer edges of the foot and of the gripping part connected to it detachably have clearly bevelled edges. In addition, a threaded circular mounting hole is made in the axis of symmetry of the rear rectangular wall of the foot, and a threaded circular hole is also made in its axis in the convex gripping part. A headless screw with a threaded hole in its face is screwed into this connecting screw. This screw is used to attach this furniture handle to the appropriate furniture element using a separate headed screw. The advantageous shape of this element is ensured by its basic overall dimensions, such that its length "A" to its height "B" and width "C" is 1:1:0.83. Furthermore, the foot of this handle has a height "H" equal to the height "L" of the gripping part located perpendicularly to it. Essential features of the industrial design A single-point furniture handle, the foot and grip part of which have a threaded mounting hole with a headless sleeve screw screwed into it, also used to connect this handle with the appropriate furniture element, shown in the illustration and in the drawing fig. 1 - 4, is characterized in that: – it has the shape of an angled solid made of a horizontally positioned cuboidal foot and connected to it by means of a sleeve screw with a profiled grip part positioned perpendicularly to it; – its foot at one end has a vertically situated recess in the shape of a cylinder segment, to the surface of which adheres the upper convex element of the gripping part with the same internal profile but with a slightly elongated radius, both ends of which are connected to narrow side walls topped with a front rectangular flat wall of this gripping part, wherein the upper rectangular surface of the foot of the handle with its radial recess and the adjacent upper profile convex surface of the gripping part are flush with each other, while both side narrow rectangular walls of this gripping part protrude slightly beyond the two narrower side rectangular walls of the foot, and moreover, all outer edges of the foot and of the gripping part detachably connected to it have clearly bevelled edges; – in the axis of symmetry of the rear rectangular wall of the foot there is a threaded round mounting hole, and in its axis of the convex grip part there is also a threaded round hole, into which a connecting headless screw with a threaded hole in its front is screwed, used to attach this furniture handle using a separate head screw to the appropriate furniture element.PL 18997 3 Illustration of the patternPL 18997 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
