Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie jego niepowtarzalnej czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 5, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicz- nym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od tylu. The new and original nature of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, particularly the shape of its unique gripping portion. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and in figures 1-5, where figure 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, figure 2 shows the same handle from the front, figure 3 shows the same handle from the side, figure 4 shows the same handle from above, and figure 5 shows the same handle from the back. As shown in the illustration and in Figures 1-5, the furniture handle is a profiled monolithic body whose foot, with a rectangular base provided with two threaded mounting holes, is U-shaped in a top view. In a front view, both of its parallel arms have symmetrically arranged slotted channels with a length equal to their inner walls, dividing these arms into four identical cuboidal elements. Adjacent to the four faces of this foot, these four are horizontally and perpendicularly positioned and offset outward, gripping parts, also made of four identical cuboidal elements, separated along their entire length by a slotted channel, with a height identical to the slotted channel in the foot of this handle.
