Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy z dwoma stopkami, wykonany z me- talu typu „znal" lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, oraz w efekcie plastycznym wynikajacym z wyprofilowanych jego obu stopek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 4, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy z dwoma stopkami w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi monolityczna bryla posiadajaca czesc chwytowa w ksztalcenie wkleslego lukowo plaskownika prostokatnego, którego zawiniete pólkoliscie do wewnatrz oba jego konce spelniaja funkcje stopek, a usytuowane naprzeciw siebie wewnetrzne ich czola maja identyczne zgrubienia o profilach zblizonych do elementów walcowych ze scieciami two- rzacymi plaskie powierzchnie, w których wykonane sa po dwa nagwintowane otwory montazowe. Po- za tym w widoku z boku wysokosc tego uchwytu jest identyczna jak jego szerokosc, a wszystkie jego krawedzie sa sfazowane. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - 4, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go monolityczna bryla posiadajaca czesc chwytowa w ksztalcenie wkleslego lu- kowo plaskownika prostokatnego, którego zawiniete pólkoliscie do wewnatrz oba jego konce spelniaja funkcje stopek, a usytuowane naprzeciw siebie wewnetrzne ich czola ma- ja identyczne zgrubienia o profilach zblizonych do elementów walcowych ze scieciami tworzacymi plaskie powierzchnie, w których wykonane sa po dwa nagwintowane otwory montazowe, przy czym - w widoku z boku wysokosc tego uchwytu jest identyczna jak jego szerokosc, a wszystkie jego krawedzie sa sfazowane. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle with two feet, made of "zamal" metal or plastic, used as a fitting for doors, drawers and doors of furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is visible in its shape and in the plastic effect resulting from the profiled nature of both feet. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and in drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 4, where Fig. 1 shows a furniture handle with two feet in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a side view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a bottom view. The industrial-style furniture handle is a monolithic solid with a gripping portion shaped like a concave, arc-shaped rectangular flat bar. Both ends, curved inward in a semicircle, function as feet. Their opposing inner faces have identical bulges with profiles resembling cylindrical elements with chamfers creating flat surfaces, each containing two threaded mounting holes. Furthermore, from a side view, the height of this handle is identical to its width, and all its edges are chamfered. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in the attached illustration and in figures 1-4 is characterized by the following: - it is a monolithic body with a gripping part in the form of a concave, arc-shaped rectangular flat bar, the two ends of which, curled inwards in a semicircle, function as feet, and their inner faces, located opposite each other, have identical bulges with profiles similar to cylindrical elements with chamfers creating flat surfaces in which two threaded mounting holes are made, and - in a side view, the height of this handle is identical to its width, and all its edges are chamfered.
