Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni, linii i konturów. Pojemnik moze byc wykonywany z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnych kolorach. Pojemnik w pierwszej odmianie zobrazowany zostal na zalaczonym rysunku - Fig. 1 w rzucie aksonometrycznym. Pojemnik ma w przekroju ksztalt pólksiezyca. Scianka wklesla pojemnika ma powierzchnie walcowa i jest wyzsza niz scianka wypukla, która zwezona jest stozkowo ku podstawie. Wystajacy, ponad scianke wypukla, fragment scianki wkleslej ma wygiete na zewnatrz brzegi. Poza tym w wygietych brzegach sa podluzne otwory, przez które przewleczona jest zapinka o regulowanej srednicy. Pojemnik w drugiej odmianie jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku - Fig. 2 - w rzucie aksonometrycznym. Pojemnik tworza dwie scianki, z których jedna wklesla ma powierzchnie walcowa, natomiast scianke wypukla tworzy powierzchnia ostroboka, zwezajaca sie ku podstawie. Wystajacy ponad powierzchnie ostroboku fragment scianki wkleslej ma wygiete na zewnatrz brzegi. W wygietych brzegach, przy krawedzi zagiecia, sa otwory, przez które jest przewleczona elastyczna zapinka o regulowanej srednicy. Pojemnik w trzeciej odmianie przedstawiony zostal w widoku ogólnym na zalaczonym rysunku - Fig. 3. Pojemnik ma w przekroju ksztalt pólksiezyca. Scianka wklesla pojemnika ma powierzchnie walcowa, a scianka wypukla ma postac powierzchni ostroslupa, która zwezona jest stozkowo ku podstawie. W sciance wypuklej, przy jej krawedzi, w miejscu laczenia sie obu scianek, sa podluzne otwory, przez które przewleczona jest zapinka o regulowanej srednicy. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in the shape, arrangement of surfaces, lines and contours. The container can be made of plastic in any colours. The container in the first version is illustrated in the attached drawing - Fig. 1 in axonometric projection. The container has a crescent-shaped cross-section. The concave wall of the container has a cylindrical surface and is higher than the convex wall, which is conically narrowed towards the base. The protruding fragment of the concave wall above the convex wall has edges bent outwards. In addition, there are elongated holes in the bent edges, through which a clasp with an adjustable diameter is threaded. The container in the second version is shown in the attached drawing - Fig. 2 - in an axonometric projection. The container is formed by two walls, one of which is concave and has a cylindrical surface, while the convex wall is formed by a horse-knife surface, narrowing towards the base. The fragment of the concave wall protruding above the horse-knife surface has edges bent outwards. In the bent edges, at the edge of the bend, there are holes through which an elastic clasp with an adjustable diameter is threaded. The container in the third version is shown in a general view in the attached drawing - Fig. 3. The container has a crescent-shaped cross-section. The concave wall of the container has a cylindrical surface, and the convex wall has the form of a pyramidal surface, which is narrowed conically towards the base. In the convex wall, at its edge, where the two walls join, there are longitudinal holes through which a clasp of adjustable diameter is threaded. The container in the fourth variant is shown in a general view in Figure Fig. 4. The container is formed by two walls, of which one concave has a cylindrical surface, while the convex wall is formed by a horse-shaped surface, narrowing towards the base. In the convex wall, at its upper edge, at the point of connection with the cylindrical wall, there are longitudinal holes through which a flexible clasp of adjustable diameter is threaded.
