Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do stosowania jako opakowanie plynnych srodków myjacych, pioracych, czyszczacych lub zmiekczajacych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka jest to bryla, która ma ksztalt ostroslupa zwezajacego sie ku górze, którego podstawa jest elipsa. W dolnej czesci butelki w scianie przedniej i tylnej jest wybranie materialu równolegle do dna butelki tworzace wglebienie. W scianie przedniej i tylnej od polowy wysokosci butelki z jednego boku sciany jest wypuklenie tworzace w dolnej czesci lukowata linie, która konczy sie na okolo 80% wysokosci butelki. Górna czesc wypuklenia z drugiego boku sciany konczy sie przed kolnierzem. Boczne sciany butelki maja ksztalt wydluzonego trapezu. W górnej czesci znajduje sie wybranie tworzace kolnierz a nad nim otwór wlewowy zaopatrzony w gwint. W dolnej czesci jest skosne wybranie przechodzace w dno. Dno butelki ma ksztalt elipsy. Dno posiada wybranie, w którym znajduja sie trzy równolegle do siebie wypuklosci o ksztalcie prostokata. Stosunek wysokosci butelki do dlugosci dna wynosi okolo 2,2. The essence of the design is the bottle's new and unique form, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle is a solid shape that has the shape of a pyramid that tapers upwards, with an ellipse as its base. In the lower part of the bottle, in the front and rear walls, there is a recess in the material parallel to the bottom of the bottle, creating a recess. The front and rear walls, extending from halfway up the bottle, feature a convexity on one side, forming an arc-shaped line in the lower part, ending approximately 80% of the bottle's height. The upper part of the convexity on the other side terminates before the collar. The bottle's side walls are shaped like an elongated trapezoid. In the upper part, there is a recess forming the collar, and above it, a threaded filler opening. In the lower part, there is an oblique recess extending into the bottom. The bottom of the bottle is shaped like an ellipse. The bottom has a recess containing three parallel rectangular convexities. The ratio of the bottle's height to the bottom length is approximately 2.2. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The bottom of the bottle is elliptical. 9. The bottom has a recess containing three parallel rectangular protrusions. 10.
