Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do stosowania jako opakowanie plynnych kosmetyków, srodków chemii gospodarczej, chemii samochodowej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pojemnika nadany w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z ogólnym, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - pojemnik w przekroju wzdluznym, fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik jest to bryla o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, który w przekroju poprzecznym stanowi prostokat o zaokraglonych rogach. Pojemnik w górnej czesci zaopatrzony jest w uchwyt i szyjke. Boczne powierzchnie pojemnika wraz z przednia czescia powierzchni pojemnika, w górnej czesci przechodza w stozkowata powierzchnie. Stozkowata powierzchnia u góry z jednej czesci zakonczona jest szyjka z gwintem, a w pozostalej tworzy uchwyt. Przekrój poprzeczny przez pojemnik jest to prostokat o zaokraglonych rogach. Dno pojemnika ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych bokach. Na dluzszej dolnej powierzchni dna pojemnika jest wyzlobienie o ksztalcie prostokata. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The essence of the design is the container's new and unique form, given in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the container in a general view; Fig. 2 - the container in a side view; Fig. 3 - the container in a longitudinal cross-section; Fig. 4 - the container in a front view; Fig. 5 - the container in a top view; Fig. 6 - the container in a bottom view. The container is a cuboid shape, which in cross-section is a rectangle with rounded corners. The container has a handle and a neck in its upper section. The side surfaces of the container, along with the front of the container, merge into a conical surface at the top. One part of the conical surface at the top terminates in a threaded neck, while the other part forms a handle. The cross-section of the container is a rectangle with rounded corners. The bottom of the container is rectangular with rounded sides. The longer bottom surface of the container has a rectangular recess. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The container is a cuboid shape, which in cross-section is a rectangle with rounded corners. 2. The container is equipped with a handle and a neck at the top. 3. The side surfaces of the container, along with the front of the container, merge into a conical surface at the top. 4.
