Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii i ksztaltu. Korpus 1 ma od góry postac walca zakonczonego gwintowana glówka 2, w czesci srod- kowej jest splaszczony obustronnie przez wybrania tworzace wypukle sciany 3, a czesc dolna 4 ma ksztalt owalny. Scianki boczne korpusu 1 maja zarys sinusoidalny. Butelka wykonywana jest o pojemnosci najkorzystniej 450 ml. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the bottle, given to it in particular by the features of its lines and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the top, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom. The plastic bottle consists of a body 1 with a space for filling with ketchup. Body 1 has a cylindrical top with a threaded head 2, is flattened on both sides in the middle by recesses forming convex walls 3, and the lower part 4 has an oval shape. The side walls of body 1 have a sinusoidal outline. The bottle is manufactured with a capacity of 450 ml. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the design is the new shape of the body 1 of the bottle, having a cylindrical top, flattened on both sides in the middle part by recesses forming convex walls 3, in the middle part it is flattened on both sides by recesses forming convex walls 3, and the lower part 4 has an oval shape, and the side walls 5 of the body 1 have a sinusoidal outline, with side walls 4 slightly concave and the lower part 3 having an oval shape.
