Wzór charakteryzuje sie tym, ze butelka jest fantazyjnie wyprofilowana, stanowi bryle, która w przekroju poprzecznym ma postac elipsy, z dwoma mniejszymi scianami bocznymi i dwoma wiekszymi scianami bocznymi, o analogicznym ksztalcie. Obwód butelki zmniejsza sie od dna do ok. ½ wysokosci butelki. Obwód butelki zwieksza sie od ok. ½ wysokosci butelki, aby ponownie zmniejszac sie przy nasadzie w kierunku szyjki. Szyjka butelki z gwintem ma ksztalt okregu. Ponizej szyjki znajduja sie pochyle elementy, w ksztalcie okregów w wewnetrznej czesci nasady butelki, w ksztalcie elipsy w zewnetrznej czesci. Zewnetrzny element pochyly w nasadzie butelki zwieksza sie ku dolowi w kierunku od mniejszych scian bocznych do wiekszych scian bocznych. Sciany boczne butelki przy dnie sa zaokraglone i podzielone na cztery czesci liniami. According to the industrial design, the bottle is used for storing liquid foodstuffs, in particular. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the new form of the design subject resulting from its original shape and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which: – Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective side view, – Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, – Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, – Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view. The design is characterized by a fancifully profiled bottle, constituting a solid shape that in cross-section has the form of an ellipse, with two smaller side walls and two larger side walls of similar shape. The circumference of the bottle decreases from the bottom to approximately ½ the bottle's height. The bottle's circumference increases from approximately half the bottle height, then decreases again at the cap towards the neck. The neck of a threaded bottle is circular. Below the neck are sloping elements: circular in shape on the inner part of the cap, elliptical in shape on the outer part. The outer sloping element in the cap increases downward, moving from the smaller side walls to the larger side walls. The side walls of the bottle are rounded at the bottom and divided into four sections by lines.
