Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka do przechowywania plynnych produktów spozywczych, korzystnie wykonana z tworzywa. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, powierzchni oraz kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z góry i boku, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z dolu, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 5 ma ksztalt zblizony do walca z przewezeniem w czesci srodkowej. Górna czesc walca polaczona jest powierzchnia stozkowa z otworem wlewowym wyposazonym w nakretke. Na górnej powierzchni nakretki wytloczona jest figura w ksztalcie zbozowego klosa. Dolna czesc walca zakonczona jest ksztaltowym dnem posiadajacym centralne wglebienie polaczone kilkoma rowkami z obwodem dna. Na bocznej scianie walca wytloczone sa figury w ksztalcie zbozowego klosa, rozciagajacego sie w przyblizeniu od górnej do dolnej krawedzi walca, przy czym w srodkowej czesci walcowej powierzchni wytloczenie klosa jest niewidoczne. Butelka wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego lub szkla w kolorze brazowym, przy czym srodkowa jej czesc wykonana jest w kolorze bialym. Nakretka wykonana jest w kolorze zóltym. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, surface, and color. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from above and from the side, Fig. 2 - the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 - the bottle from above, Fig. 4 - the bottle from below, and Fig. 5 - the bottle from the side. The bottle shown in Figs. 1 to 5 has a shape similar to a cylinder with a narrowing in the middle. The upper part of the cylinder is connected by a conical surface to the filling opening equipped with a cap. A figure in the shape of a corn ear is embossed on the upper surface of the cap. The lower part of the cylinder terminates in a shaped bottom with a central recess connected to the bottom's circumference by several grooves. The side wall of the cylinder is embossed with figures in the shape of a grain ear, extending approximately from the top to the bottom edge of the cylinder. The ear embossment is invisible in the central part of the cylindrical surface. The bottle is made of brown plastic or glass, with the central part being white. The cap is yellow.
