Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do stosowania jako opakowanie plynnych kosmetyków, srodków chemii gospodarczej, chemii samochodowej a zwlaszcza olejów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pojemnika nadany w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 4 - pojemnik w przekroju wzdluznym, fig. 5 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu, Pojemnik jest to bryla o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, która w górnej czesci zaopatrzona jest w uchwyt i szyjke. Boczne powierzchnie pojemnika wraz z przednia czescia powierzchni pojemnika, w górnej czesci przechodza w stozkowata powierzchnie. Stozkowata powierzchnia u góry z jednej czesci zakonczona jest szyjka z gwintem, a w pozostalej tworzy uchwyt. Przednia powierzchnia pojemnika posiada pionowy pasek, który jest przezroczysty. Rogi powierzchni laczacych boki pojemnika z przodem i tylem pojemnika sa sciete. Sciecie tworzy wklesnieta powierzchnie dwoma identycznymi wglebieniami. Powierzchnie boczne od góry i od dolu posiadaja poziome uskoki. Dno pojemnika ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych scietych bokach. Na dluzszej dolnej powierzchni dna pojemnika jest wyzlobienie o ksztalcie prostokata. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Boczne powierzchnie pojemnika wraz z przednia czescia powierzchni pojemnika, w górnej czesci przechodza w stozkowata powierzchnie. 3. Stozkowata powierzchnia u góry z jednej czesci zakonczona jest szyjka z gwintem, a w pozostalej tworzy uchwyt. 4. Przednia powierzchnia pojemnika posiada pionowy pasek, który jest przezroczysty. 5. Rogi powierzchni laczacych boki pojemnika z przodem i tylem pojemnika sa sciete. 6. Sciecie tworzy wklesnieta powierzchnie dwoma identycznymi wglebieniami. 7. The essence of the design is the container's new and unique form, imparted in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows a general view of the container; Fig. 2 - a front view of the container; Fig. 3 - a right-side view of the container; Fig. 4 - a longitudinal cross-section of the container; Fig. 5 - a top view of the container; Fig. 6 - a bottom view of the container. The container is a cuboid solid with a handle and a neck in its upper section. The side surfaces of the container, along with the front portion of the container surface, merge into a conical surface in its upper section. The conical surface at the top terminates in a threaded neck in one part, and forms a handle in the other. The front surface of the container has a transparent vertical stripe. The corners of the surfaces connecting the sides of the container to the front and back are chamfered. This chamfer creates a concave surface with two identical recesses. The side surfaces at the top and bottom have horizontal ridges. The bottom of the container is rectangular with rounded, chamfered edges. The longer bottom surface of the container has a rectangular recess. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The container is a cuboid shape with a handle and neck in its upper part. 2. The side surfaces of the container at the top and bottom have horizontal ledges. 8. The bottom of the container is rectangular with rounded, chamfered sides. 9.
