Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c nakr etki nadana jej w szczególno sci przez cechy linii, konturów, kszta ltów i ukszta ltowania powierzchni. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the cap, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish.
