Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do stosowania jako opakowanie jednostkowe wyrobów kosmetycznych i wyrobów chemii gospodarczej, do których nalezy zaliczyc: kremy kosmetyczne, zele, balsamy, mydla w plynie, szampony, farby do wlosów, odzywki do wlosów, plyny do mycia, mleczka do szorowania i inne. Butelka moze tez byc wykorzystywana jako opakowanie jednostkowe srodków farmaceutycznych, takich jak masci, zele i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przeznaczona do wytwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych lub ze szkla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – ilustruje butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu, fig. 2 – pokazuje butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 – uwidacznia butelke w widoku z góry. The bottle may also be used as individual packaging for pharmaceuticals such as ointments, gels, and others. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle is intended for industrial or handicraft manufacture from plastics or glass. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle in a general front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a top view. The subject of the design is also illustrated in the visualization Fig. 4, which shows the bottle in a general view, and in a photograph. Photograph Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a general view of variant 1, Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a general view of variant 2, while Fig. 7 shows bottle variant 1 and variant 2 in a bottom view. Viewed from above, the bottle has an oval outline. The container portion of the bottle is topped with a transverse wall that rises evenly upward toward a centrally located threaded neck, on which the cap is mounted. The bottle's rims at the junction of the front and rear walls with the bottom, as well as the upper transverse wall, are rounded. The bottom of the bottle is recessed. The essential features of industrial design variant 2, presented in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, and in the photographs, Fig. 6, and Fig. 7, include that the bottle is shaped as an elongated solid with arc-shaped front and back walls. The bottle, viewed from above, has an oval outline. The container portion of the bottle is topped with a transverse wall that rises evenly upwards towards a centrally located threaded neck on which the cap is mounted. The edges of the bottle at the junction of the front and back walls with the bottom and the top wall are rounded.
