Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik, znajdujacy zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu róznorodnych wyrobów kosmetycznych, glównie kremów kosmetycznych. Moga to byc równiez zele, balsamy kosmetyczne oraz produkty o dzialaniu leczniczym, takie jak: masci, zele lecznicze, balsamy lecznicze i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Sloik, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wytwarzany w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy ze szkla. Moze tez byc wytwarzany z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia sloik w widoku ogólnym z przodu, natomiast fig. 2 – uwidacznia sloik w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zilustrowany równiez na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 3 – prezentujacej sloik w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 oraz na fotografii fig. 3, nalezy zaliczyc, ze jest on uksztaltowany w formie splaszczonego cylindra, z dolna krawedzia scieta ukosnie. U góry bocznej scianki cylindra jest utworzony uskok pod katem prostym, którego górna scianka tworzy wokól nagwintowanej szyjki obwodowa powierzchnie pozioma. Od spodu, na obwodzie sloika rozciaga sie wypuklosc zaokraglona od strony wewnetrznej. These can also be gels, cosmetic balms and products with a therapeutic effect, such as: ointments, medicinal gels, medicinal balms and others. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes and material. The jar, according to the industrial design, is manufactured in an industrial or handicraft manner from glass. It can also be manufactured from plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows the jar in a general view from the front, while fig. 2 - shows the jar in a view from the bottom. The subject of the industrial design has also been illustrated in the attached photograph, fig. 3 – presenting the jar in a general view. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in drawings fig. 1, fig. 2 and in the photograph fig. 3 include that it is shaped in the form of a flattened cylinder, with the lower edge cut diagonally. At the top of the side wall of the cylinder, a step is created at a right angle, the upper wall of which creates a circumferential horizontal surface around the threaded neck. From the bottom, on the circumference of the jar, there is a convexity, rounded from the inside.
