Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik, znajdujacy zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu róznorodnych wyrobów kosmetycznych, glównie kremów kosmetycznych. Moga to byc równiez zele, balsamy kosmetyczne oraz produkty o dzialaniu leczniczym, takie jak: masci, zele lecznicze, balsamy lecznicze i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Sloik, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wytwarzany w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy ze szkla. Moze tez byc wytwarzany z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia sloik w widoku ogólnym z przodu, fig. 2 – uwidacznia sloik w widoku od strony naroza, fig. 3 – pokazuje sloik w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zilustrowany równiez na zalaczonej wizualizacji, fig. 4 – prezentujacej sloik w widoku ogólnym od strony naroza. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 oraz na wizualizacji fig. 4, nalezy zaliczyc, ze jest czesc pojemnikowa sloika w widoku z góry ma zarys czworokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Scianki boczne sa lukowo wyprofilowane i rozszerzaja sie ku górze. Czesc pojemnikowa od góry jest zakonczona scianka, tworzaca wokól nagwintowanej szyjki obwodowa powierzchnie pozioma. Od spodu, na obwodzie sloika rozciaga sie wypuklosc, zaokraglona od strony zewnetrznej i wewnetrznej. They may also be gels, cosmetic balms and products with medicinal properties, such as ointments, medicinal gels, medicinal balms and others. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes and material. The jar, according to an industrial design, is made industrially or artisanally from glass. It can also be made of plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows the jar in a general front view, Fig. 2 - shows the jar in a corner view, Fig. 3 - shows the jar in a bottom view. The subject of the industrial design is also illustrated in the attached visualization, Fig. 4 - presenting the jar in a general view from the corner side. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, presented in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and in the visualization of Fig. 4, include that the container part of the jar in the top view has the outline of a quadrangle with rounded corners. The side walls are arc-shaped and widen upwards. The container part is finished with a wall at the top, creating a peripheral horizontal surface around the threaded neck. From the bottom, around the circumference of the jar, there is a convexity, rounded on the outside and inside.
