Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie do konfek- cjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodo- ranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – pokazuje butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 2 – prezentuje butelke w widoku od frontu, fig. 3 – w widoku z boku od strony scietych ukosnie krawedzi, natomiast fig. 4 – uwidacznia butelke w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany takze na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie fig. 5 – przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu, zas fig. 6 – w widoku z góry, z widocz- nymi bocznymi sciankami. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 oraz na fotografiach, fig. 5 i fig. 6 – nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc pojemnikowa butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do szescianu. W górnej sciance butelki jest umieszczona posrodku szyjka, zakonczo- na obwodowym pierscieniem. Krawedzie laczenia poszczególnych scianek butelki sa sciete ukosnie. Od spodu butelka ma wglebienie o zarysie kwadratu, otoczone na obwodzie rantem, którego ze- wnetrzne scianki stanowia sciete ukosnie dolne krawedzie szescianu. Dno butelki jest pogrubione i od wnetrza butelki widoczne jako nieco wypukle ku górze. Nadlany material dna czesci pojemnikowej laczy sie z nadlanym materialem w narozach butelki od strony wewnetrznej, tworzac fantazyjne formy. These may be perfumes, floral waters, colognes, personal deodorants or other liquid cosmetic products. The essence of a pattern is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and material. The bottle, according to an industrial design, is suitable for repeated use. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows the bottle in top view, Fig. 2 - shows the bottle in front view, Fig. 3 - side view from the side of the obliquely cut edges, and Fig. 4 – shows the bottle in a bottom view. The subject of the industrial design is also presented in the attached photographs, where Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a general front view, and Fig. 6 - in a top view, with the side walls visible. The bottle, according to an industrial design, can be made of glass or plastic. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 and in the photographs, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 - include that the container part of the bottle has shape close to a cube. In the upper wall of the bottle there is a neck placed in the middle, ending with a circumferential ring. The edges of the joints of the individual walls of the bottle are cut diagonally. At the bottom, the bottle has a square-shaped recess, surrounded by a rim, the outer walls of which are the diagonally cut lower edges of a cube. The bottom of the bottle is thickened and from the inside of the bottle it is visible as slightly convex upwards. The poured material at the bottom of the container part is combined with the poured material in the corners of the bottle from the inside, creating fancy forms.
