Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania róznych wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe, plyny po goleniu, zmywacze do paznokci. Butelka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie wyrobów innego rodzaju. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje butelke w widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - w przekroju wzdluznym A-A, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Posiada ona czesc zbiornikowa, przechodzaca u góry w szyjke. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie walca, zamknietego od góry powierzchnia stozkowa 2, wznoszaca sie ku górze i przechodzaca posrodku w szyjke 3. Szyjka 3 jest u góry zaopatrzona w obwodowa wypuklosc 4. Dno butelki jest posrodku jest wklesle. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging various cosmetic products, such as perfumes, floral waters, toilet waters, aftershave lotions, and nail polish removers. The bottle can also be used as packaging for other products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle in a general view, Fig. 2 in a longitudinal cross-section A-A, and Fig. 3 in a bottom view. According to the industrial design, the bottle is preferably made of glass. It has a reservoir part that merges into a neck at the top. The essential features of the industrial design include that the reservoir part 1 of the bottle is shaped like a cylinder, closed at the top by a conical surface 2, rising upwards and merges into a neck 3 in the center. The neck 3 is provided with a circumferential convexity 4 at the top. The bottom of the bottle is concave in the center. The concavity 5 has a cone shape and is surrounded by a circumferential ring 6, on the periphery of which extends a rim 7, formed of small convexities 8 evenly spaced next to each other around the circumference.
