Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako opakowanie jednostkowe wyrobów spozywczych, w tym przetworów. Sloik ze wzgledu na swój ozdobny charakter moze byc po napelnieniu parafina wykorzystywany równiez jako znicz. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac sloika przejawia sie w jego uksztaltowaniu, ukladzie linii, konturach i elementach zdobienia. Sloik, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje sloik, odmiana 1 wwidoku z boku oraz w widoku od strony dna, z szyjka zaopatrzona w ukosnie usytuowane wypusty, tworzace gwint. Fotografia, fig. 2 - przedstawia sloik wedlug odmiany 2 z gladka szyjka, w widoku z boku oraz w widoku od strony dna. The subject of the industrial design is a jar used as individual packaging for food products, including preserves. Due to its decorative nature, the jar can also be used as a candle when filled with paraffin. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The jar's new form is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, contours, and decorative elements. The jar, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the jar, variant 1, from a side view and a bottom view, with a neck equipped with diagonally arranged protrusions forming a thread. The photograph, Fig. 2, shows a jar according to variant 2 with a smooth neck, seen from the side and from the bottom. The industrial design is also illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 3 shows the precise decoration of the jar's side surface, while Fig. 4 shows the jar's surface viewed from the bottom. According to the industrial design, the jar is made of glass or plastic. Among the essential features of industrial design variant 1 is that the jar is shaped like a barrel, widened in the middle, and provided with a neck at the top. The outer surface of the jar is covered with longitudinal grooves 1 and transverse grooves 2. Longitudinal grooves 1 and transverse grooves 2 form convexities 3 distributed over the entire surface, with a rectangular outline and diagonally cut side walls 4. The bottom 5 of the jar has the outline of a concave circle. The surface of the bottom 5, viewed from above, resembles a stylized flower, whose petals 6 are composed of two surfaces diagonally inclined towards each other. The rim of the bottom 5 of the jar is decorated with dotted convexities 7 distributed around the circumference, one next to the other. The neck 8 of the jar, according to variant 1, has diagonal, upwardly rising lugs 9, forming a thread, thanks to which the jar can be tightly closed using a lid. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, include that the jar is shaped like a barrel, widened in the middle, with a neck at the top. The outer surface of the jar is covered with longitudinal grooves 1 and transverse grooves 2. The longitudinal grooves 1 and transverse grooves 2 form convexities 3 distributed over the entire surface, with a rectangular outline and diagonally cut side walls 4.
