Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 6 marca 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe, plyny po goleniu. Butelka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie innego rodzaju wyrobów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie,ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, zas fig. 3 - w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig.4 - eksponujacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana korzystnie ze szkla. Butelka posiada czesc zbiornikowa laczaca sie u góry z szyjka. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly, która w górnej czesci przypomina w swej formie splaszczona kule. Boczne scianki 2 butelki sa wyprofilowane lukowo i zbiezne ku dolowi. Tylna scianka 3 i frontowa scianka 4 sa plaskie i nieco ukosnie nachylone do podloza. Posrodku, u góry, czesc zbiornikowa 1 przechodzi wzdluz linii lukowej 5 w szyjke 6. Szyjka 6 jest zakonczona pierscieniem 7. Dno 8 butelki oraz boczne scianki czesci zbiornikowej 1 az do zaniku ku górze, sa pogrubione. Pogrubienie 9 jest utworzone z warstwy materialu. The industrial design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetic products, such as perfumes, floral waters, eau de toilettes, and aftershaves. The bottle may also be used as packaging for other types of products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle manifests itself in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. According to the design, the bottle is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. The design is also presented in a photograph, Fig. 4, which displays the bottle from a perspective view. According to the industrial design, the bottle is preferably made of glass. The bottle has a reservoir section that connects to the neck at the top. Significant features of the industrial design include that the reservoir section 1 of the bottle is shaped like a solid, its upper part resembling a flattened sphere. The side walls 2 of the bottle are arc-shaped and tapered downward. The rear wall 3 and front wall 4 are flat and slightly diagonally inclined to the ground. In the center, at the top, the reservoir section 1 merges along the arc line 5 into the neck 6. The neck 6 terminates in a ring 7. The bottom 8 of the bottle and the side walls of the reservoir section 1 are thickened until they disappear upward. The thickening 9 is made of a layer of material. The bottom 8 of the bottle is recessed from the bottom and around the recess 10 there are evenly distributed small protrusions 11, one next to the other, on the circumference.
