Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania, glównie wyrobów kosmetycznych. Moga to byc lakiery do paznokci, odzywki, balsamy a takze perfumy oraz produkty perfumeryjne, takie jak: wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, wody toaletowe. Buteleczka moze tez byc wykorzystywana jako opakowanie aromatów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje buteleczke z przodu, fig.2 - pokazuje buteleczke w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. These may include nail polishes, conditioners, balms, as well as perfumes and perfumery products such as floral waters, colognes, and toilet waters. The bottle can also be used as packaging for food flavorings. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The bottle, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom. According to the industrial design, the bottle is preferably made of glass. Significant Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3 include the bottle, which has a threaded neck at the top, and a reservoir shaped like a flattened cylinder.
