Buteleczka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 24 stycznia 2005r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania wyrobów kosmetycznych, glównie perfum, wód kwiatowych, lakierów do paznokci, zmywaczy do paznokci. Buteleczka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie wyrobów innego rodzaju. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac buteleczki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturach. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje buteleczke w widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - w przekroju wzdluznym A-A, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Posiada ona czesc zbiornikowa, przechodzaca u góry w szyjke. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 buteleczki jest uksztaltowana w formie wydluzonego prostopadloscianu, którego podstawa ma zarys kwadratu. Posrodku górnej powierzchni czesci zbiornikowej 1, znajduje sie nagwintowana szyjka 2. Dno buteleczki stanowi obwodowy rant 3, na którego powierzchni sa rozmieszczone równomiernie jedna obok drugiej drobne wypuklosci 4. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cosmetic products, primarily perfumes, floral waters, nail polishes, and nail polish removers. The bottle may also be used as packaging for other products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle in a general view, Fig. 2 in a longitudinal cross-section A-A, and Fig. 3 in a bottom view. According to the industrial design, the bottle is preferably made of glass. It has a reservoir section that extends into a neck at the top. Significant features of the industrial design include the reservoir section 1 of the bottle being shaped like an elongated cuboid with a square base. A threaded neck 2 is located in the center of the upper surface of the reservoir section 1. The bottom of the bottle is a circumferential rim 3, on which small protrusions 4 are evenly spaced one next to the other. The surface 5 of the bottom of the bottle inside the rim 3 is concave.
