Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe. Butelka moze znajdowac zastosowanie do wyrobów innego rodzaju. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku^ na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje butelke w widoku od czola, zas fig. 2 - w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig.3 - eksponujacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka jest uksztaltowana w formie wydluzonej bryly o zmieniajacej sie srednicy, której podstawa ma zarys kolowy. Czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki zweza sie w dolnym odcinku, tworzac niewielka, obwodowa wkleslosc 2, po czym rozszerza sie i tworzy w górnej czesci obwodowa wypuklosc 3 a nastepnie przechodzi w pozioma powierzchnie 4 , która laczy sie z osiowo rozmieszczona szyjka 5. Szyjka 5 butelki jest u góry zakonczona pierscieniem 6. The industrial design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetic products, such as perfumes, floral waters, and eau de toilettes. The bottle may also be used for other types of products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, and Fig. 2 from the bottom. The industrial design is also presented in a photograph, Fig. 3, which displays the bottle in a perspective view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is preferably made of glass. The essential features of the industrial design include that the bottle is shaped as an elongated solid with a variable diameter, the base of which has a circular outline. The reservoir part 1 of the bottle narrows in its lower section, creating a small, circumferential concavity 2. It then widens and forms a circumferential convexity 3 in its upper section, and then transforms into a horizontal surface 4, which connects with an axially arranged neck 5.
