Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie do konfekcjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodoranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. These may include perfumes, floral waters, colognes, personal deodorants, or other liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with character by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle is reproducible. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom. The industrial design is also presented in the attached photographs, where Fig. 4 illustrates the bottle from a general front view, and Fig. 5 shows the side view. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawings (Fig. 1, 2, 3) and in the photographs (Fig. 4 and 5-2) include that the bottle is shaped as a flattened solid, resembling a water droplet facing the opposite direction in its frontal view, cut crosswise on the wider side. The bottle has a thickened bottom, which at the bottom has a rectangular outline with rounded corners. The bottle's shape is narrowed at the bottom, both in the frontal and side views, then widens upwards, before narrowing again towards the neck. The slightly convex sides of the bottle reach a horizontal, circular wall at the top, with the neck centered in the middle. The neck is finished with a circumferential ring.
