Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie do konfekcjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodoranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1, fig.2, fig.3 oraz na fotografii, fig.4 i fig.5 -2 nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka jest uksztaltowana w formie splaszczonej bryly przypominajacej w swej formie w widoku od frontu krople wody odwrócona w przeciwna strone, scieta poprzecznie od szerszej strony. Butelka ma pogrubione dno, które od spodu ma zarys prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Bryla butelki w dolnej czesci jest zwezona, zarówno w widoku od frontu jak i w widoku z boku a nastepnie rozszerza sie ku górze po czym ponownie zweza w kierunku szyjki. Nieco wypukle boki butelki dochodza u góry bryly do poziomej scianki o zarysie kolowym, posrodku której jest rozmieszczona szyjka. Szyjka jest zakonczona obwodowym pierscieniem. Pelnomocnik: PLBottle The subject of the industrial design is a bottle, used mainly for packaging perfumery products. These can be perfumes, floral waters, colognes, personal deodorants or other liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and material. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design has been presented in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - shows the bottle in a front view, fig. 2 - presents the bottle in a side view, and fig. 3 - shows the bottle in a bottom view. The subject of the industrial design has also been presented in the attached photographs, where fig. 4 - illustrates the bottle in a general view from the front, and fig. 5 - in a side view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, can be made of glass or plastics. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and in the photograph, fig. 4 and fig. 5 -2 should include that the bottle is shaped in the form of a flattened block resembling in its form, in the front view, a drop of water turned in the opposite direction, cut crosswise from the wider side. The bottle has a thickened bottom, which from the bottom has the outline of a rectangle with rounded corners. The body of the bottle is narrowed in the lower part, both in the front view and in the side view, and then widens upwards and then narrows again towards the neck. The slightly convex sides of the bottle reach at the top of the block a horizontal wall with a circular outline, in the middle of which the neck is arranged.
