Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania, glównie wyrobów perfumeryjnych, takich jak: perfumy, wody toaletowe, wody kolonskie, plyny po goleniu, wody kwiatowe, dezodoranty osobiste lub inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 - pokazuje butelke w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.4 - ilustrujacej butelke w widoku od frontu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1, fig.2 i fig.3 oraz na fotografii fig.4 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly, która w widoku z góry i od spodu ma zarys przypominajacy scieta na krótszych2 bokach elipse. Jej scianki, frontowa 1 i tylna 1' sa lukowo wyprofilowane, wypuklymi powierzchniami skierowane na zewnatrz. Boczne scianki 2 i 2' sa usytuowane równolegle wzgledem siebie. Górna scianka 3 butelki jest nieco ukosnie nachylona do podloza. Posrodku górnej scianki 3 jest rozmieszczona szyjka 4, wyposazona u góry w obwodowy pierscien 5. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imparted by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. The design is also presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 4, which illustrates the bottle from the front. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, and in photograph Fig. 4, include that the bottle is shaped like a solid, which, when viewed from above and below, has an outline resembling an ellipse truncated on its two shorter sides. Its walls, front 1 and rear 1', are arc-shaped, with convex surfaces facing outward. The side walls 2 and 2' are parallel to each other. The upper wall 3 of the bottle is slightly inclined at an angle to the ground. In the center of the upper wall 3 is a neck 4, equipped with a circumferential ring 5 at the top.
