Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie do konfekcjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodoranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - pokazuje butelke w widoku od frontu, fig. 2 - prezentuje butelke w widoku od strony naroza bocznej scianki, zas fig. 3 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 , fig. 2, fig. 3 oraz na fotografii, fig. 4, nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka jest uksztaltowana w formie wydluzonej bryly,przypominajacej w swej formie odwrócony, sciety ostroslup, przy czym zewnetrzne scianki bryly butelki sa w srodkowej czesci nieco wypukle a od wewnatrz pogrubione. Pogrubienie scianek butelki zanika ku górze. Dno butelki ma zarys kwadratu i od wewnatrz jest pogrubione. Dno od wewnatrz jest wyprofilowane lukowo i przechodzi w pogrubione boczne scianki wzdluz linii lukowej. These may include perfumes, floral waters, colognes, personal deodorants, or other liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the corner of the side wall, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom. The industrial design is also presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 4 illustrating the bottle from a general view. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. Essential features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawings (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3) and in the photograph (Fig. 4) include that the bottle is shaped as an elongated solid, resembling an inverted, truncated pyramid, with the outer walls of the bottle being slightly convex in the middle and thickened on the inside. The thickening of the bottle walls diminishes towards the top. The bottom of the bottle has a square outline and is thickened on the inside. The bottom is arc-shaped on the inside, flowing into the thickened side walls along the arc. A neck is located in the center of the upper surface of the bottle, terminating in a circumferential ring.
