Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodo- ranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.
