Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystyke, strukture materialu oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii ilustrujacej wyrób kosmetyczny w widoku ogólnym. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape, line features, contours, colours, material structure and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photograph illustrating the cosmetic product in a general view. The product, in accordance with the industrial design, is placed in a tube made of plastics. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photograph include that the cosmetic product is placed in a transparent tube. The product contains two masses, one of which is transparent and the other opaque. Inside the transparent mass there is an opaque mass shaped in the form of two spirally twisted and shifted ribbons, creating fanciful spatial forms.
