Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie do konfek- cjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodo- ranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – pokazuje butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 2 – prezentuje butelke w widoku od frontu, fig. 3 – uwidacznia butelke w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 4 – w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany takze na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie fig. 5 – uwidacznia butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu, zas fig. 6 – w widoku z góry z widocz- nymi bocznymi sciankami. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 oraz na fotografiach, fig. 5 i fig. 6 – nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc pojemnikowa butelki ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu. W jej górnej sciance jest rozmieszczona posrodku szyjka, zakonczona ob- wodowym pierscieniem. Butelka ma pogrubione dno, którego górna powierzchnia jest widoczna z zewnatrz jako wypuklosc skierowana ku górze. Pogrubione dno laczy sie z nadlanym od wewnatrz w narozach materialem, tworzac w czesci pojemnikowej formy zanikajace ku górnej sciance butelki. Dno butelki ma posrodku niewielka wkleslosc. These may be perfumes, floral waters, colognes, personal deodorants or other liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and material. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design has been presented in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 – shows the bottle in a top view, fig. 2 – presents the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 – shows the bottle in a side view, and fig. 4 – in a bottom view. The subject of the industrial design was also presented in the attached photographs, where fig. 5 – shows the bottle in a general view from the front, and fig. 6 – in a top view with visible side walls. The bottle, according to the industrial design, can be made of glass or plastics. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4 and in the photographs, fig. 5 and fig. 6 – include that the container part of the bottle has the shape of a cuboid. In its upper wall, a neck is arranged in the middle, ending with a circumferential ring. The bottle has a thickened bottom, the upper surface of which is visible from the outside as a convexity directed upwards. The thickened bottom connects with the material poured from the inside in the corners, creating forms in the container part that disappear towards the upper wall of the bottle.
