Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z pokrywa, znajdujacy zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu róznorodnych produktów plynnych, glównie o przeznaczeniu budowlanym, takich jak: zaprawy tynkowe, farby, kleje, smary, bejce i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - prezentuje pojemnik w widoku ogólnym od frontu i z góry, fig. 2 - uwidacznia pojemnik w widoku z góry, od strony pokrywy, fig. 3 - ilustruje pojemnik w widoku od spodu, pokazujac jego dno od strony zewnetrznej oraz zebra usztywniajace rozmieszczone od spodu wienca rozciagajacego sie wokól górnej krawedzi czesci pojemnikowej, fig. 4 - przedstawia czesc pojemnikowa z pokazanym dnem od wewnatrz pojemnika oraz zebrami usztywniajacymi wewnatrz wienca rozciagajacego sie obwodowo wokól górnej krawedzi czesci pojemnikowej, natomiast fig. 5 - uwidacznia pojemnik w widoku od frontu, od strony plomby. Pojemnik z pokrywa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonany z tworzyw sztucznych i przeznaczony do odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. Wewnatrz wienca sa rozmieszczone poprzecznie, w równych odleglosciach jeden od drugiego wewnetrzne usztywniajace zebra. Od spodu wieniec jest zaopatrzony w dolegajace do niego zewnetrzne usztywniajace zebra, majace postac form zbieznych ku odgietym sciankom. Dno pojemnika jest od zewnatrz, posrodku wklesle, ograniczone nachylonymi ukosnie sciankami, tworzacymi zarys odwzorowujacy zewnetrzny obrys dolnej czesci pojemnika. Pojemnik jest wyposazony w pokrywe o zarysie odpowiadajacym zarysowi scianek czesci pojemnikowej. Pokrywa ma obwodowy rant na obrzezu, uksztaltowany od strony zewnetrznej schodkowo. Rant od strony zewnetrznej tworzy pionowa scianka. Od strony wewnetrznej rant ma uskok, ponizej którego powierzchnia pokrywy jest wglebiona. Jest on zdobiony nadlewami, rozmieszczonymi na obwodzie w pewnym oddaleniu jeden od drugiego. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a general view from the front and top, Fig. 2 shows the container in a top view, from the lid side, Fig. 3 illustrates the container from the bottom, showing its bottom from the outside and stiffening ribs arranged on the bottom of a rim extending around the upper edge of the container part, Fig. 4 shows the container part with the bottom shown from the inside of the container and stiffening ribs inside a rim extending circumferentially around the upper edge of the container part, while Fig. 5 shows the container in a front view, from the seal side. The container with a lid, according to the industrial design, is made of plastics and intended to be reproduced in an industrial or handicraft manner. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5, include that the container is shaped like a solid with an outline similar to a rectangle when viewed from above and below. The corners of the rectangle are rounded. The side walls of the container are flared outward and slightly convex. Near the top edge, the container part is provided with a rim, creating a circumferential bulge on which the lid is mounted. Internal stiffening ribs are arranged transversely within the rim, equidistant from one another. At the bottom, the rim is provided with adjacent external stiffening ribs, in the form of forms converging towards the bent walls. The bottom of the container is concave on the outside, bounded by diagonally inclined walls, forming an outline reflecting the external contour of the lower part of the container. The container is equipped with a lid with an outline corresponding to the outline of the walls of the container part. The lid has a circumferential rim on the periphery, shaped in a stepped manner on the outside. The rim on the outside is formed by a vertical wall. On the inside, the rim has a step, below which the surface of the lid is recessed. It is decorated with lugs, spaced around the circumference.
