Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiadro gospodarcze, znajdujace zastosowanie pod- czas wykonywania róznorodnych czynnosci w gospodarstwie domowym, prac porzadkowych, jak rów- niez w przemysle, glównie budownictwie, w rolnictwie i w innych dziedzinach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie fig. 1 - prezentujacej wia- dro gospodarcze w widoku ogólnym z boku, od frontu i z góry. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowa- ny takze na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 2 - pokazuje wiadro w przekroju poprzecznym, nato- miast fig. 3 - ilustruje wiadro w widoku od spodu. Wiadro gospodarcze, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane z tworzyw sztucznych i przeznaczone do odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2 i fig. 3 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze wiadro gospodarcze jest uksztaltowane w formie rozszerzajacej sie nieco ku górze i otwartej bryly o zarysie kolowym. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The design is presented in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the utility bucket in a general view from the side, front, and top. The design is also presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 2 shows the bucket in cross-section, and Fig. 3 illustrates the bucket from the bottom. The utility bucket, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastic and intended for industrial or craft reproduction. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design, presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and the attached drawings, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, include that the utility bucket is shaped as an open, circular shape that widens slightly upward. The bucket has an elliptical recess at the bottom, making it easier to hold when filling or emptying its contents. Around the upper rim, the bucket is provided with an outwardly turned, convex collar. A folding handle is attached axially to the collar.
