Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiadro gospodarcze, znajdujace zastosowanie w róz- norodnych pracach w gospodarstwie domowym, w pracach porzadkowych ale równiez w przemysle, glównie budownictwie, w rolnictwie i w innych dziedzinach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - prezentu- je wiadro w widoku ogólnym z boku, od frontu i z góry odmiana 1, zas fig. 2 - uwidacznia wiadro go- spodarcze w widoku od frontu odmiana 2. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na rysunku, na którym fig. 3 - uwidacznia wiadro w widoku z boku odmiana 1, fig. 4 - w widoku od spodu odmiana 1, fig. 5 - pokazuje wiadro w widoku z boku odmiana 2, natomiast fig. 6 - w widoku od spodu odmiana 2. Wiadro gospodarcze, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane z tworzyw sztucznych i przeznaczone do odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bucket in a general view from the side, from the front and from above, variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows the utility bucket in a front view, variant 2. The subject of the design is also illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 3 shows the bucket in a side view, variant 1, Fig. 4 - in a bottom view, variant 1, Fig. 5 - shows the bucket in a side view, variant 2, while Fig. 6 - in a bottom view, variant 2. The utility bucket, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastics and intended to be reproduced in an industrial or handicraft manner. Significant Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawings, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, include that the utility bucket is shaped as a circular shape, slightly widening upwards and open at the top. The bottom of the bucket has an elliptical recess, making it easier to hold when filling or emptying its contents. The bucket's upper front wall has an embossing, directed forward, creating a diagonally inclined, arc-shaped spout. Around the rim, the bucket is equipped with an outwardly turned-up collar, the lower edge of which is parallel to the bottom. The bucket's flange, turned and cut crosswise, is stepped at the front, with the fanciful steps converging towards the rim of the central spout. The edges of the steps are wavy, and this convergence makes the flange height at the front lower than at the sides. A shelf is created at the rear of the flange, allowing the bucket handle to be placed on it. This feature makes the bucket extremely useful, especially when storing stacked buckets. The interior of the bucket is equipped with a scale allowing the volume of liquid contained within to be determined. The essential features of industrial design variant 2, presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, and in drawings Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, include that the utility bucket is shaped as a circular shape that widens slightly upward in two stages, open at the top. The bottom of the bucket has an elliptical recess, making it easier to hold when filling or emptying its contents. The lower edge of the bucket is rounded. The top front wall of the bucket features an embossing, directed forward, creating a diagonally inclined and rounded spout. Approximately halfway up, a groove extends from the spout, encircling the bucket wall, above which the angle of inclination of the container portion of the bucket increases. The bucket is equipped with a collar turned outwards around the upper rim. The collar wall is convex outwards.
