Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiadro gospodarcze, znajdujace zastosowanie przy wykonywaniu róznorodnych prac w gospodarstwie domowym, przede wszystkim podczas prac porzadkowych. Wiadro gospodarcze jest tez przydatne w przemysle, glównie w budownictwie, w rolnictwie i w innych dziedzinach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - prezentuje wiadro w widoku ogólnym z góry, z boku i od frontu, natomiast fig. 2 - uwidacznia wiadro w widoku z boku. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na rysunku, gdzie fig. 3 - uwidacznia wiadro w przekroju wzdluznym A-A, zas fig. 4 - w przekroju poprzecznym B-B. Wiadro gospodarcze, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane z tworzyw sztucznych i przeznaczone do odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. W czesci frontowej, u góry w sciance wiadra jest wykonane wytloczenie, skierowane ku przodowi tworzace ukosnie nachylony do poziomu i zaokraglony wylew. Po obu stronach wylewu obrzeze wiadra jest sciete ukosnie, ukosna krawedzia skierowane w strone wylewu. Na tym odcinku sciete ukosnie sa górne powierzchnie wywinietego kolnierza, otaczajacego obrzeze wiadra. Symetrycznie po obu stronach wiadra do wywinietego kolnierza jest przymocowany ruchomy uchwyt. Uchwyt ma postac lukowo wyprofilowanego palaka, rozszerzajacego sie ku srodkowi, utworzonego z plaskich listew polaczonych miedzy soba poprzeczna listwa. The bucket is also useful in industry, primarily in construction, agriculture, and other fields. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bucket in a general view from above, from the side, and from the front, while Fig. 2 shows the bucket from the side. The design is also illustrated in a drawing, where Fig. 3 shows the bucket in a longitudinal cross-section (A-A), and Fig. 4 in a cross-section (B-B). The industrial design of the utility bucket is made of plastic and is intended for industrial or craft reproduction. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in the drawings, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, include that the bucket is shaped as a circular vessel that widens upward and is open inside. The side wall of the bucket has a recess at the bottom, below which it connects to the bottom. The bottom edge is arc-shaped. The bottom is recessed in the center on the outside, creating a convex interior. The bottom of the bucket has an elliptical recess on the outside, making it easier to grip and hold the bucket while filling or emptying its contents. At the front, at the top of the bucket wall, a embossment is made, directed forward, creating a diagonally inclined, rounded spout. On both sides of the spout, the bucket rim is beveled, with the diagonal edge facing the spout. In this section, the upper surfaces of the turned-up collar surrounding the bucket rim are beveled. A movable handle is attached symmetrically to the turned-up collar on both sides of the bucket. The handle is a curved bow, widening towards the center, made of flat slats connected by a crossbar.
